Important Notes

All clients are kindly requested to review the following notes to ensure the
artwork meets our requirements. |

|
|
Data must be supplied PDFs, which must be Acrobat 5(PDF 1.4) compatible. |
| |
|
|
All fonts are embedded |
| |
|
|
For production of half tone screens use 150 lines per inch (lpi) |
| |
|
|
Colour images must be supplied in CMYK, while Black and White pictures in
Greyscale |
| |
|
|
Hairlines must not be lower than 0.5 pt or 0.25mm
|
| |
|
|
Do not use white over print
|
| |
|
|
Image resolution must be high in PDF files with a minimum of 300dpi |
| |
|
|
Avoid special characters in file names like &*/\$%#| and spaces |
| |
|
|
Page Numbers should be in correct sequence and pages in consecutive order |
| |
|
|
Supply correct page orientation (if to printed as portrait supply as portrait) |
| |
|
|
Always save as single page and never as double-page spreads
|
| |
|
|
All pages should be positioned correctly in relation to each other |
| |
|
|
Bled pages must have 3mm all round. |
